Sunsure signs PPA, SSSHA with Sunflag Iron & Steel for setting up 11 MW captive solar power project in Dhule, Maharashtra

Sunsure Solarpark Thirty Seven Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Sunsure Energy Private Limited has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) and Share Subscription and Shareholders agreement (SSSHA) with Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Limited for setting up a 11 MW/16.5 MWp captive solar power project in Dhule, Maharashtra.
