Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) re-invited bids for setting up new 1,100 MW (Barmer) Lignite based Thermal Power Plant under design, build, finance, own, and operate (DBFOO) along with revival of the 2×125 MW Giral Lignite Power Plant on May 22, 2025.
