Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) invited bids for pre-bid tie-up for Package BESS-03 for setting up 100 MW/200 MWh capacity under the 250 MW/500 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project under tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB) mode at 220 kV Bhatinda substation in Punjab on March 6, 2026.
