Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) invited Request for Selection (RfS) bids for purchase of power from 250 MW Grid-Connected Wind Power Projects (Phase XI) along with an additional greenshoe option of up to 250 MW through tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB) process in India on April 30, 2026.
