Dalmia Bharat signs PSA, SSSHA with Oyster Renewable for procurement of power from 35.6 MW captive wind-solar hybrid power project in India

Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited (DCBL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited, signed a Power Consumption Agreement (PCA) and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (SSSHA) with Oyster Green Hybrid Five Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Oyster Renewable Energy Private Limited, for procurement of power from a 35.6 MW captive wind-solar hybrid power project on April 29, 2026.
