A total of four firms have been shortlisted as technically qualified for cooling tower – Induced Draft Cooling Towers (IDCT) package for the Talabira Thermal Power Project (NLC) Phase I. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) invited bids for the same in September 2025.
