BASF India signs SPA with Clean Max to procure power from 12.21 MW wind-solar hybrid captive power project in Gujarat

BASF India Limited signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Clean Max Amalfi Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited for procurement of 28,860 MWh power annually from the 12.21 MW wind-solar hybrid captive power project in Gujarat on November 11, 2025.
