Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) invited bids in two packages for setting up a cumulative 375 MW/1,500 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project on build, own and operate (BOO) basis under tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB) mode in Telangana on January 14, 2026.
