Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Sembcorp Green Hydrogen India Private Limited (SGHIPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Energy India Limited (SEIL) signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for the formation of a joint venture (JV) company for setting up Renewable Energy (RE) power and green hydrogen projects in India on April 3, 2025.
