CCI approves acquisition of 4,696 MW RE projects of O2 Power by JSWEL

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of 4,696 MW Renewable Energy (RE) power projects of O2 Power Private Limited across India by JSW Neo Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited (JSWEL).
