Ceigall incorporates two subsidiaries for setting up 337 MW decentralised solar PV power projects in Maharashtra

Ceigall India Limited incorporated Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited and Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries, for setting up the 190 MW Maharashtra Distributed Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Projects and the 147 MW Maharashtra Distributed Solar PV Power Projects, respectively under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 (MSKVY 2.0) in Maharashtra on October 16, 2025.
