EQMS Global Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) by quoting Rs 2.58 million for consultancy services for obtaining environmental clearance (EC) from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) for the 1,950 MW Aruna Pumped Storage Project.
