FAC recommends in-principle forest diversion for 820 MW Kirthai Stage-II Hydro Electric Project (HEP) in Jammu and Kashmir

The Forest Advisory Committee (FAC) of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has recommended in-principle approval for diversion of 197 hectares (ha) of forest land for the 820 MW Kirthai Stage-II Hydro Electric Project (HEP).
