IRCON International emerges as L1 bidder for modernisation, system augmentation work under Uttar Pradesh RDSS

IRCON International Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) by quoting Rs 4,975.36 million for modernisation and system augmentation works viz. supply and erection work related to construction of new sub-stations, capacity enhancement of power transformer, additional power transformer, 33 kV lines, 11 kV lines, augmentation of 33 kV and 11 kV lines, reconductoring, installation of new DT, augmentation of DT, construction of low tension (LT) Lines with bare conductor and AB cable and erection/replacement of protection/switching devices/switchgears under the Uttar Pradesh Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). Kanpur Electricity Supply Company Limited (KESCO) invited bids for the same in October 2024.
