NHPC board approves fundraise of up to Rs 20 billion through private placement of bonds

NHPC Limited has approved a fundraise of up to Rs 20 billion for financial year 2025-26 through the issuance of unsecured, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible, non-cumulative AF-Series bonds via private placement in one or more tranches.
