PGCIL receives LoA for setting up 150 MW/300 MWh capacity under 2,000 MWh standalone BESS project in Andhra Pradesh

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) received the Letter of Award (LoA) for setting up 150 MW/300 MWh capacity under cumulative capacity of 2,000 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in the selected substations (SS) of Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation (APTRANSCO) on December 29, 2025.
