Phoenix Mills signs PSA, SSSHA with Torrent Power for procurement of power from captive solar power project in India

The Phoenix Mills Limited signed a power supply agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (SSSHA) with Torrent Urja 22 Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torrent Green Energy Private Limited (TGEPL) (wholly-owned subsidiary of Torrent Power Limited (TPL)), for procurement of power from a captive solar power project (SPP) on November 28, 2025.
