Vedanta receives two LoAs for supplying 500 MW of power from Meenakshi Energy, Athena power plants in Andhra Pradesh

Meenakshi Energy Private Limited and Vedanta Limited Chhattisgarh Thermal Power Plant (VLCTPP) (erstwhile Athena Chhattisgarh Power Limited), subsidiaries of Vedanta Limited jointly received two purchase power agreements (PPAs) as Letter of Awards (LoAs) from Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation (TNPDCL) for supplying 500 MW of total power – 300 MW from the Krishnapatnam Power Project and 200 MW from the 2×600 MW Sakti Coal Based Thermal Power Plant, respectively on November 6, 2025.
