Vatsaa Energy Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) by quoting Rs 7.58 million for selection of consultant for pre-feasibility studies for finalisation of MW capacity and detailed project report (DPR) for setting up of floating solar photovoltaic (PV) power project at Kangsabati Dam in Bankura, West Bengal.
